Lovely burger quick service friendly staff. Got the chips gravy and cheese and was super lovely. No complaints at all. Had a great milkshake. We went at a time where it was not busy so we're seated straight away no complaints or problems

The burger bun was soft and did not crumble into a million pieces when digging in. The burger was cooked perfectly but still retained its juices and was really flavoursome. I was really impressed with the sweet fries ( and I’m not a fan of them usually). They were crispy and not overly sweet. Would definitely recommend. I hope to try the rest of their menu soon!Where do i start? Arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled and the food was 10/10. Burger cooked to perfection and built as i requested. Sweet potato fries were tasty and a very generous portion. Delivery driver very polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend this restaurant with no hesitation.

10/10 - a real Gem of a burger place. The price of the burgers seems overpriced at first , but makes sense when you taste them. Good quality buns used for the burgers They're the only place in London which i've seen with Poutine on the menu. (Poutine is gravy chips and cheese) makes for great hangover food. Comfort food done well.
Great new spot. 'The Heavy Hitter' is by far the best burger I've had in a long long time! If you're in town, be sure to check the factory. It won't disappoint 🍔🍔🍔
Strange name for a gourmet burger resturant, but I have to say these are probably the best burgers I've eaten in West London. Significantly better (and cheaper) than Five Guys in Ealing.
The food is amazing here. The Stunner lives by its name and the meals taste even better when freshly made. The interior gives off a feel-good vibe, too. Definitely worth a try.
Great food and I have loads of confidence in the management of Burger Factory. They really know how to give good service and listen to feedback. Highly recommend!
